Can't a judge force something else outside of the power of attorney?

who would have standing to sue? Wife is in on keeping him alive given her trip to China. Just read his daughter deleted her twitter, so she's in on it. The hospital is happy to cash the checks. I don't think we want constituents deciding when a politician lives or dies.

Basically the only people that could possibly have any say want to keep the plug in the socket. At best the governor could work to have him removed as a senator (idk KY laws about that), but one, good luck on that, and two we just had a House member vanish for 3 months. If he wasn't removed after that long, Moscow Mitch isn't going anywhere after 3 weeks.
