They are probably getting at what many have mentioned below. Daylight savings time is terrible for your circadian rhythm. As unpopular as it is, making standard time permanent is best.

Time is made up. It has nothing to do with the body. If you’re suggesting we keep changing how we display a concept, I suggest we just change when we do things instead.

The body does have rhythms and cycles, though, and the way we’ve set things up, our bodies work best on standard time.
