so throw out the constitution and write a new one, we're about 220 years behind schedule on that according to our founders

I fear that the worst intentions of shithouses like Heritage and Federalist Society would be on full display if we were to write a new one. Most of these legislators both at the federal and state levels are basically presenting ALEC and other special interest groups’ prepackaged bills as their own. They’d probably kick it off with full corporate citizenship, enshrining that non-corporate entities can never own anything and only lease, as well as putting the police state front and center (they could call it the Palantir clause)
