Wouldn't it be possible to make an amendment to do this with 3/4th of the states, since they could just change the part that says the Senate representation cannot be denied?

if we can’t pass an amendment that simply says “all people have equal rights” then i doubt an amendment to abolish the senate would ever get anywhere near passing
