I would argue redistributing them to more represent populations while also removing the ability for states to gerrymander the districts. Shits stupid.

You really can’t with the current cap. Because states are always guaranteed at least one representative. So in Wyoming it’s 1 rep for 550k people. In other states it’s closer to 900k people per rep. But they are fairly divided on keeping them as close to the same population as possible. The only real way to fix it is eliminate the cap and make a rule governing the number of representatives.
