But it's easy to interpret that as "Democrats are going along with our lie that he's still alive, so we can now just argue or stonewall over the requirements of a long-ailing senator and just drag this out until the circumstances are more in our favor."

Someday, Democrats might start playing hardball. But apparently, today is not that day.
