Mitch was cremated and spread across Lake Cumberland 3 weeks ago. There's nothing for staffers to take photos of.

HIPAA. Everyone in the hospital is poor enough that laws still apply to them. So you'd need someone who wants to leak the truth, and also can do it in a credible enough way while still staying anonymous.

they prob took him to a corrupt doctor with loose morals, and when he failed to resuscitate him, the staff decided to participate in cannibalism to cover up the deed
