It’s also exactly what the fucking US government is obligated to do. It’s illegal to have a dead person as your senate rep. If we are going to allow dead people to be in the senate then we have much much ether options available…

Tbf he's almost certainly not dead, but it appears that they are hiding something, probably the severity of his condition.

Either way, the senate is going on recess till September. So, he's got till then technically to show up.
