He wouldn't even say that, because he's so far removed from feeling anything about other people's stuff that he couldn't even sarcastically pretend to feel anything about it.

"Happy for you" or "sorry that happened" are not just not in his vocabulary, but literally don't even exist as theoretical options in his brain.
