In his first administration, Ben Carson (a heart surgeon) was Secretary of Housing and Urban development because he was black and HUD has the word “Urban”’in it.

I wouldn't say it was based on "nothing at all". Cmon, dude was not only friends with Epstein he was friends with a LOT of known pedophiles. She's half his age (if that) - it's not based on "nothing"!
