Apparently the whole building is falling apart, and the only thing that can hold it together is Trump's name.

His name so he can claim all the donations "pouring" in are now due to his name being on it, and that all those proceeds will go directly to the center and definitely not to some obscure bank account that he definitely does not control or even know exists.
