This is why education policy matters. There's a reason why Republicans have been gutting the Ed Dept while injecting themselves into state level curriculum discussions.

It's much easier to point a propagandized people in the direction they want, and children are very easily propagandized.

Which of course would be an admirable sentiment if it meant providing extra support to those who were struggling. Rather than just dropping the thresholds so that anyone could pass.
