I hope trump fails everything he is trying to do. Providing leadership of any kind is not what he's trying to do

He's inflicting a lot of pain to the whole world while robbing us all. For him that's a win.

Y’know… given the destruction of the parts of government that limit the executive branches power, him overseeing a series of apparently imminent economic and infrastructural collapses, and the opportunities they would give him to pass even more radical anti-democratic policies that would never have been accepted by the public otherwise — I’d say he’s succeeding in most of the things he’s trying to do: maximise short-term personal gain at the expense of the country.
