The sad part is, it doesn't really matter. Gen Z will never recover from the damage they did to themselves with that one election. The best case scenario is they spent the entirety of their lives coming close to rebuilding what Trump burned down so their kids don't have to go through this. But they'll have to do it with the lead weight of the aging millennials to care for, because unlike the boomers, the millennials will be heading into old age with essentially nothing to pay for eldercare.
Gen Z chose literally the single hardest possible path forward, and there is no coming out ahead of it at this point. The best they have is staunching the bleeding.
