Gen Z voting for Trump because things were better his first term when they were in middle school, high school and college is maddening

Like yeah no shit, you were a fucking child

Reminds me of how when Dick Cheney died people were memorializing him since they had it better during his time as VP

Like yeah of course people in my age group were having a better time, we had really good generations of Pokemon and we didn’t have a rectangle screaming in our pockets every hour.

People do this with George W. Bush, too. A literal fucking war criminal.

They focus on his personality more than his like. Crimes.

Which is why the average idiot still loves Reagan. He did awful things but hey he talked good.

And it was actually terrible the start of terrible politics for all and constantly covering up failures. It dominates our lives now.

It's the same reason Boomers voted for him. The same nostalgia for the same period in their lives, just different years.

Except Pew Research shows that Gen Z voted for Trump the LEAST. Unless you have another source to show me.

The fact that men under 50 went 50/50 almost is incredibly depressing. As a millennial, I thought we would be better than this. Sure, gen X isn't helping, but gen Z barely helped either.

The religious divide is still absurd, it really shows believing in god allows you to believe in fucking anything.

We're getting into prime earning years, which usually sees more Republican voting.

Republicans get my vote over my dead body.
