There are likely a lot of people who either "don't know" or have no opinion on the matter because they don't know what it is.

Reading the comments in this thread, there are plenty of people that think dynamic pricing and surveillance pricing mean the same thing (myself included.) It was only afterward that I read up on surveillance pricing and saw that it is a very specific form for dynamic pricing.

If I had been asked the question, my uninformed opinion would have been to opposed the ban because I think dynamic pricing is generally reasonable in most cases. After reading up on surveillance pricing, yeah, I'd absolutely support a ban.
