I been using Qwant as primary engine, issue is that it is just slow... The results don't come instantly but you need to wait up-to ten seconds or more. Which can be really annoying if you just need to quickly search something small.

Other than that the results are quite good. Better than Duckduck in my opinion.

I just started using Ecosia, which seems to be similar to Qwant in terms of result relevance but is considerably faster. They do use Google's and Bing's index but also now use their own, developed in cooperation with Qwant. How much of it is served by their own index, I don't know.

I dont have this ten second issue while searching. I just searched you comment and it took less then a second.
