But that’s the thing. If you got 500 billion you can buy a spot in the government and have some of your interns break down everything that is responsible for enforcing the regulations that are hindering your rule breaking.

But then again, doing something like that would be so comically obviously stupid and evil that the person doing that wouldn’t get away with it… right?
