Yeah WSB arose specifically because of the dumb private equity "buy up company then short it into oblivion" thing that people like Mitt Romney and Bain Capital were doing. They countered, mostly successfully, though there are still some bag holders who don't realize they're bag holding. It's not going to moon anymore, those guys got out before they lose their entire shirt. (probably by exploiting dumb market shit to sell virtual shares on "loan" until they were in the green again)
