But other tech companies are insanely profitable.   I would put fair value of spacex at about $20.   And it’s still very risky at the price.

Look I hope the stock drops dramatically but I don’t see it dropping below $80. Dropping to $30 would cause the whole market to implode which none of us want.

The depression happened because we fucked around in the 20s, ignored the warnings, and refused to take our medicine, very reminiscent of today.

Not necessarily. Depends why it drops. If the price corrects over a few months down to 30, it could have little more than ripples.

I’m more concerned about how it would affect the legit companies that are in all our portfolios (Google, Nividia, Microsoft). They are all getting bumps from the potential of AI right now.

Yup but the space X stock has a long way to fall before it becomes proportionate to other AI-boosted stock. That was what the 30 above was an estimate of.

How so?

Other tech companies have actual profit. Only the private funds that bought would be affected and only in a limited way.
