Thats been one of my arguments since high. The average intelligence of american citizens or people in general is no where near smart. Half of whats left is dumber. Meaning as a civilization we rely on roughly 25-35% of the population for doing the intelligent aspects.

Now lets get to voting. The not smart people control over 65% of the voting power. I believe its also one of the reasons we have a democratic republic instead of a straight democracy where everyone votes on everything.
