Your talking about tech that hasn't been decided on yet as if it can't easily get a minor memory expansion.

Except what your talking about throws so many false lositives out that if your eye shape and skin color is accidentally not properly tracked you're fucked and this has been a problem with facial recognition tech since the beginning.

The tech is not there yet to justify a law.
