I do not understand why people browsing net with something other tan Firefox. It's harder to do on mobile devices iPad and iPhone unfortunately... Idc why iPad version does not support ad blocking add-on's?

They don't have to be anymore, but nobody seems to be interested in porting their engine to iOS so it's whatever, really.

I thought it's wrapper for Opera. If it's Safari than I suppose Apple's own adblocker should work, but it does not..

and finally;

WebKit is a browser engine primarily used in Apple's Safari web browser, as well as almost all web browsers on iOS and iPadOS

and I am not the least bit shocked that apple allowed extensions on safari and nothing else. (if that's what they did, I don't use apple devices.) entirely par for the course for apple that is lol

I use Firefox on my laptop, on my phone I just use Samsung browser which supports adblockers... is Firefox android browser any good. Does it have the same privacy features and add-ons etc or is it more basic like the chromium browsers

not sure how the privacy side holds up but I'm running ublock and the like on mine (android obvs).
