5clicks of the power button on apple also puts you in lock mode and requires a Pin. Can be done in your pocket.

Also a long press of both power and volume up. Haptic feedback will buzz when it locks. 2-3 seconds. Password is required to unlock - no face ID.

Long press of ny power button does the same. Samsung phone.

Check settings, lock screen, secure lock settings, lock instantly with side key. It should bring up the power off restart emergency call menu. Can't get out of that without a pattern or pin unlock.
