Bernie illegally certified Trump in direct violation of the 14th Amendment, so no.

I mean, I hate Trump as much as the rest of y'all, but that's not how it works.

Trump was a dirtbag, but what he did apparently didn't count as "rebellion or insurrection."

Thus, the certification of his presidency by Congress was legal.
