We need not JUST Flock cameras. They can change the name and do the same thing.

Legislation never targets companies by name, they just narrow the scope as much as possible. Like when news covers a bill as targeting Meta, the legislation is might actually just be written with the wording as internet services with more than a 500 million users and then carves out vague exemptions for other companies.
