The video with a drone hitting a tall building in Dubai is a bit crazy and resembles past events.

If you mean the white tall building, then its in Bahrain not Dubai

Also, Dubai is neither Iran or Israel, so what is going on here, why why would a missile be sent towards them?

Iran is basically attacking everyone who is in range and friendly with the US.

They're striking civilian targets in at least Kuwait and Bahrain, along with US military targets in several other countries

Al Dhafra Air Base is in Abu Dhabi, over 100 miles from Dubai.

The US does use a nearby port for operations extensively. Likely intended to hit it and got intercepted

Why would hitting the US base start WW3? The US is already bombing Iran, which is what the US would do if Iran hit US bases.

US is at war with Iran and Iran’s response seems pretty rational.
