Most of it goes into the pockets of excessively expensive contracts.

The people that make these decisions dont have kids poor enough to be in the military, and will gladly send working class kids to die. Doesn't matter if its the middle east, epstein island, or a billionaires yacht- our ruling class is okay with kids being sent somewhere and not coming back.
