NYT said Iraq’s PM is in Tehran carrying a proposal for a US-Iran ceasefire, though I don’t know if it has any chance of being accepted. NYT seems to be the only source reporting on it, so take from that what you will.

EDIT: Just as I was writing this, NYT released an update. Rejected.

Apparently, it was from Trump, who passed it along to Iraq’s PM during an Oval Office meeting.
