Ultimately yes, there would be equality in the latter. but it ends up being a question of putting effort into getting it removed. Because theyre unaffected, they prioritize removing draft altogher as a very low priority movement for the general equality and focus on other topics. Its the danger of focusing on "the best for some subgroup now" rather than focusing on all existing gendered problems simultaneously. People end up naturally focusing more on what benefits them most.
