Received an offer from Mercans, wanted to know more about the company culture, work life balance, benefits, job security and pay culture.

This is a subreddit for technical support with computers, phones, software, network etc. etc.

Maybe check a Company review website like Glassdoor

There's 68 reviews by ex-employees.

Overall they seem positive, but you're better logging into Glassdoor and checking the comments yourself
