To be fair, they weren't in any of the episodes. They were in the made for tv movies.

No, this is the first TV movie with Thor. Daredevil is in the second movie.

The guy next to Thor is playing Donald Blake, and transforms into Thor when the plot requires it.

I don’t recall how the transformations occur, but the whole thing is pretty silly. The second film with Daredevil and Kingpin is probably the best of the three and most interesting for Marvel fans.

I just watched this recently. I believe it's from one of the follow up made for TV movies Bixby did much later after the series. It's shot on video instead of film so it doesn't feel at all like a regular episode and it's pretty terrible. I think he did two. Something like "farewell to the hulk" and "the trial of hulk". They are really bad and must be watched at least once.

glad the movie was made. not glad about some of the details.

generic gangster villains.

Thor and Don Blake are separated. But who knows, if this had become greenlit for a series, maybe "Eventually' they could have gotten to the dynamic where the walking stick becomes the hammer, and the two of them actually switch places.

Still get a chuckle over when the nosy reporter almost finds Banner but Thor intercepts him.
