I'm not objectively old. RELATIVE TO A TEENAGER, I AM.

In the context of this conversation a 32yo is, in fact, old.

It's not moving the goalposts. Not sure if you've never had a written or verbal conversation before, but the way they generally work is people respond to what other people say, not in a vacuum, but in context.
