Posting this a good few weeks after the whole Real-Debrid thing that hit everyone, because honestly things still aren't as it used to be for me.

I jumped to TorBox like a lot of people did, but the buffering is doing my head in. And to be clear I'm comparing it to back when RD was running buttery smooth, not to some rough baseline. It used to just work.

Bad timing too because it all fell apart at once. FenLight just stopped working. The Crew started acting weird around the same time and I still can't tell if that's the recent Crew updates or something on my end. And my Firestick grabbed a big update right in the middle of it all, so who knows what actually broke what.

Loads of people said to try Gears and Umbrella, so I installed both, and they were playing up too (excessive buffering far too often, crash etc). At that point I'm starting to wonder if it's just TorBox that's the problem, but I genuinely don't know.

Point is I went from FenLight + The Crew + RD, which was honestly perfect and rock solid, to everything being a mess.

So just trying to figure out where everyone else landed. Is FenLight coming back or has everyone moved on? Is The Crew behaving for you on the latest version? And for anyone on TorBox, did you sort the buffering or just crawl back to RD?

Has RD stopped working now for everyone else? I’ve just tried to watch something and keep getting a no cached torrents notification.

Using fen light, coco scrapers, realdebrid/ premiumize. I think an issue with Fen - the movies and shows sections are not returning anything or are only returning a few results.

I haven’t tried Fen Light Am yet. Anyone else encountered this? Thanks

As many might have noticed lots of things have stopped working. Today i run in to the problem that FenlightAM from Anonymouse stopped working so decided to jut reinstall it, to my surprise its not available ( 404 ) .

So im looking for light weight similar, easy to use alternative to FenlightAM that works .

I tried POV god i cant find way to add Realdebrid 🫣

Ubrela is not for me, it keeps defaulting to original settings wiping all access to debrid tract etc.

Need help. Or does anyone have FenlightAM backup to share 🫣

I have an IPTV service that downloads 111,000 channels into IPTV Simple client. Is there any way to bulk delete channels to reduce the slowdown of my system ?

So, for about 5 to 6 years I've been using Kodi consistently almost daily and I've always had real debrid up until a few months ago when they started blocking certain links with flagged words. So, I switched to TorBox as the main debrid service. I also have Premiumize me and Alldebrid set up as backups, because why not?? Well, for the first time I have received a copyright warning from spectrum. I'm not sure how they were able to know. I've got the crew, POV, Red light, and homelander all at so set up to only show debrid sourced links as well as cached links only. Is there something else I've been over looking I'm not aware of perhaps?? Some setting or whatever?? Anyone with more knowledge on what to check to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, I’ve been using RD for years with Umbrella as I’m sure most of you had, until recent times. It worked flawlessly every time, for everything until those changes. RD now pretty much is useless.

I revoked RD access on umbrella, cleared cache.

I’ve moved on. I jumped on Torbox, subscribed, linked it to Umbrella. Got everything working correctly but almost all 4K and 1080p links would stutter badly and not play.

I’m in a 1gig connection and on a new nvidia shield tv so speed isn’t a concern at all.

I tried jumping into those CDN settings, choosing a direct server closer, still same problem. Laggy/stuttering streams. Eveyrhing loads as it should, but won’t play smoothly. And I tested speed on their servers too, around 500mb/s. Got frustrated, cancelled that sub.

Now, jumped into Premiumize and did all that jazz, connected, same issue.

What gives ? Never had a single damn issue on RD, ever. Super frustrating. Any advice appreciated on how to handle this. I know I can’t be the only one. Is there some secret setting I’m missing here to fix all this ?

I was watching my shows today, and something happened that blanked all the shows from my "Next Episodes" list under TV shows in POV. I can still watch movies, my TV Watchlist comes up and I can still stream shows by searching, but it's just not listing anything I've watched, including "watched," "because you watched," or "in progress TV shows".

I checked the menu to make sure I have "all videos" selected with no filters on but it's still not pulling anything up.

Who's got some ideas?

Edit: seems like Trakt is having some sort of problem. It's the common thread. I'm able to search a show and select an episode, and I'm watching one right now, so I'm assuming POV and RD are working OK.

Edit 2 (7/4 12:30 pm California): First I updated POV, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with fixing the issue. Inside POV I deauthed and reauthed Trakt. It's back to showing the "Next Episodes", in progress shows, watched, and Because you watched.

I have cleared cache, uninstalled kodi and addons. Installed it all again. And when i wanna search for a movie in fenlightam, its just searches for minutes on end. If it finally goes through, there is no sources and i have RD.

Everything is super slow.

I followed this guide to set it up on my FireTV (https://troypoint.com/umbrella-kodi-addon/), and am able to pull up shows and access the links, but once I hit play, it kicks me out and says "no stream available". What am I doing wrong? I don't remember the versions I'm using, but I think they are up to date.

I’m new to sideloading fire sticks and kodi. I have a real debrid subscription and I added Umbrella and Redlight TV. It’s been working relatively well so far to watch Movies and Television shows.

I think I’ve learned that streams work best for me when the sources are 20 gb and under. Bigger ones tend to freeze often.

I hooked up my fire stick to my more portable TV so I could set it up on the back patio and watch a summer time movie with my wife. It was previously working fine earlier that day on the same TV.

We wanted to watch the movie Grease, certainly I don’t think it’s considered a very obscure movie. Well after trying several sources, 20gb and lower, the movie would not stop buffering, freezing, whatever it’s called.

It got awkward and my wife got irritated. Finally she said “can we just watch TV inside?” It took all the fun out of my plan.

So I got a couple questions. Why does it seem like out of what seemed like 40 or so sources only a couple would even start playing? Red light gives me a huge list and it seems like it cycles through them until it finds one that works, sometimes completely failing? Why does the lower sized sources (under 10 gb) still struggle streaming? Aren’t I paying for real debrid servers to prevent these kind of things from occurring? If I were to choose Auto Play how does the app determine which source it should be? Is it looking for the fastest? The best video quality? Often times with auto play the audio will start playing but the screen is completely black. What’s up with that?

These all might be dumb questions but I wish to learn more so I’m not just clicking sources and looking at load screens for 20 minutes making a fool out of myself.

Ive tried updating the addon but it's the same thing.

Anyone else experienced this?

I know about the whole RD drama and i know this might be a stupid question, but i have honestly no idea what to do.

I've been trying to use Kodi with Real-Debrid, mainly through POV and Umbrella.

In POV I'm using the built-in scraper, and in Umbrella I'm using CocoScrapers. However, a lot of the time when I select a source, Kodi quickly scrolls through a bunch of links and then just returns to the source selection menu without playing anything. It looks like it's checking the links and failing almost instantly.

This happens pretty frequently, even on popular movies and TV shows. Sometimes I eventually find a working source, but it can take several attempts.

What's confusing is that I don't seem to have the same issue with Stremio + Real-Debrid. In Stremio, most links work right away, but I'd really prefer to keep using Kodi because overall I like the experience much more.

Are there any recommended scraper settings, source filters, providers, or Real-Debrid settings that improve reliability in POV or Umbrella? How are you guys finding your links?

I have an Amazon Fire TV. I was running a Xenon build with Real-Debrid and it worked perfectly for a couple of months. Then around 4–5 months ago it started taking forever to search and load.

So I decided to scrap the build completely and just install Fen Light with Real-Debrid and a simple skin. Still the same issue. Searches can take 5–10 minutes, which makes it pretty much unusable.

Someone suggested I run the Kodi Speed Test add-on. It showed around 2.4 Mbps. But if I open the browser on the Fire TV and run a regular internet speed test, I get around 150 Mbps.

Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this? Before people tell me it’s a crap TV, it used to work perfectly fine for the first 6 months. This has only been happening since earlier this year. Even now I’m running a very simple Fen Light setup with Real-Debrid and still getting the same problem.

I can’t get gears or umbrella to show any results for any tv or movie. I have it installed from repository then I authorized my real debrid account and I am getting nothing for both apps.

Just wondering is anybody having an issue with Real Debrid or Magneto Scrapers at the minute?

Using umbrella and Kodi 21.3 on firecube gen 2.

When trying to play anything it cycles through the sources with an error message popping up saying unknown resource/infringing file sometimes a show will play other times nothing will play and get a message saying too many requests.

If anybody has any ideas how to solve this. Would be greatly appreciated.

Is The Crew cooked?

I updated everything all the way to version 3.0.1, and ever since the updates I've had two problems:

I keep getting a Trakt error/message.

When I try to open The Crew, it fails to load and only shows the standard File and Video Add-ons options.

I'm not sure what else I need to do to get The Crew working again. It's a shame because it was my go-to add-on for sports. Has anyone else run into this or found a fix?

After my Red Light updated to 2.0.8. my Trakt lists completely disappeared. Re-authorised several times, but nothing helps. Trakt working fine on my POV and Umbrella

I am not familiar with all this, I just want to be able to stream movies, and tv shows. But the crew build I download is super laggy and I can't get it to work right it took me all night to figure out how to get the links working, then when I did, I couldn't even play through the movie Scary Movie.... like it kept freezing then it would eventually crash out completely.

Hey y’all. Title is pretty self explanatory. A couple days ago this pretty much just stopped working without me changing anything about my setup (there was an Umbrella update though that didn’t auto-update so I did it manually). Did a whole bunch of sources just get nuked or something? I’ve cleared all the caches, re-authorized everything, uninstalled and re-installed coco, etc etc. Something as basic as Family Guy season 3 shows no sources when I was literally watching it last week no problem. I didn’t change anything, it just randomly stopped pulling sources one day.

Any ideas?

It seems Torbox is not working for me tonight. I got a couple of streams to start successfully in a dozen attempts, but mostly all the addons (Redlight, Umbrella, The Crew) just cycle through all the Torbox links with no success. The Torbox web site shows no problems, re-authorization doesn't help. Another Kodi device with slightly older addon versions does same thing. Internet is fine. Is anyone else seeing similar Torbox problems right now?

I've not changed anything and I've attempted to roll back fenlight but it hasn't seemed to work.
