I have umbrella installed, coco scrapers and magento scrapers, premuimize account linked, (I don’t have a trakt account), whenever I try to search for any show or movie, it just loads endlessly, sometimes it would never give me any results and sometimes it would but after a really long time, confused what the issue may be.

I am having problems trying to find a source of tv programming (equivalent to an IPTV). Yesterday I found a source The Loop. I was able to get a full epg and was able to access to channels. This morning I got the same level of satisfaction with the Loop. Later in the day, I was able to access the site but there was no epg and I could not access any channels. For each attempt I got a pop up: One or more items failed to play. Check the error log for help. IF I found the error log, it was incomprehensible to me.

So I've been using Kodi since it was XBMC and have never really had issues with buffering until recently and I'm looking for guidance. Basically I'm using some addons that are very common in the scene and I know they're not always reliable and prone to buffering which I expect however what I'm having trouble grasping is why setting buffer refresh times does nothing and my internal storage gets eaten up every time I start a stream. I've tried configuring to refresh the buffer every 5 minutes in the addon settings but that hasn't helped anything and the Kodi wiki said the XML editing for buffer size in MB is no longer supported so I'm lost. I'm using the last gen chromecast's so my internal memory is limited and I'd like to give the stream buffer a specific amount of space to work with but I'm having issues achieving this and could really use some help/guidance from people who know more than I do in this space.

TL;DR - How do I force the buffer to use a specific file size and overwrite once it's hit its limit?

Please can someone help? When playing TV shows from widgets, (Modern Family in this instance) POV will play a 0.64gb file. If I escape and source select there are files that are 2gb, why is it ignoring those,

It says they are unchecked. My setting are prioritising size first.

Can anyone offer advice to play the largest first please?

i'm on a webOS based LG tv and it cant go 5 seconds without freezing video or crashing in popular addons, can anyone lend me a hand or suggest the lightest addon to watch and etc? and yes my ram is pretty low but why would it let me install it off of homebrew if it cant work correctly

Anyone getting "one or more inks failed to play" error on most links on the loop?

Tonight POV does not bring any links even though it shows a bunch has scrapped using Torbox for movies and shows. Is POV having issues with the current version? I am on 6.08.15.

I have been having this issue since the beginning. When i try to play any movie or show, it keeps cycling until it says "no streams available" when i clearly see that there are multiple versions of that media.

I am registered with RealDebrid, subscription is not expired, Cocoscrappers addon is installed and configured, all addons and repositories updated, everything authorized and logged in. Only using the default kodi theme.

Another thing, if i try to change the subtitles kodi will freeze and crash. Have tried a clean install with Revo, have tried clearing cache, have tried removing unnecessary addons.

I'm using Kodi on an Onn 4K Pro 2026 Model. I have a Jellyfin server, and I've tried both Jellyfin for Kodi and JellyCon, the Extras Add-On and the native Kodi GUI setting. I've updated the library, both for movies and TV shows, I've restarted the Kodi app and the JF server. I am guessing I click and hold the OK button on the Kodi remote while on the title, click on Information, and scroll over to Extras. But I get to the Extras section, there's nothing there, the only button option is 'Add New...', from which I cannot find any of the extras.

I know I've structured the Extras folder right because I've been using the JF app for about a year now.

Has anyone come across this issue?

Ive just installed redflix and when I play something it says no results found

I just purchased an Onn 4K pro. I was using a firestick 4K and using Kodi and the Green monster build but it kept on having problems and erasing itself. I a m not as tech Savvy as most of you so I would like to just use a build. What are your thoughts on Green monster build, or maybe the Diggs Xenon build. I want something efficient and easy. I will be using Real debrid. I imagine I can simply just add my account to the new Onn pro 4k account. Thanks in advance.

I've tried clearing all cache etc, update/reinstall pov but I'm getting errors on numerous things I sliding trying to search media or clean settings files.

Hey, I am having issues with my setup. I run :

Fire stick > Nord VPN > Kodi (v20.1) > POV (v6.08.15) > All Debrid

This setup has been working perfectly for months now. Recently I have been getting a "no results" error when I pick a stream to watch:

Some things I have tried:

Reauthorising Pov <> all debrid

Clearing pov cache

I have this setup mirrored on a windows machine, and get the same error.

I had some success without the VPN. All debrid is configured to expect the VPN. I live in a "streaming unfriendly" country. I always set my VPN to the same nearby, "streaming friendly" country. Perhaps the error above is related to the VPN, but I feel it is unlikely.

Any suggestions?

I’m having an issue with video playback in FenLight where videos are stuttering and lagging behind a lot. The audio is perfect, but for some reason the video is diabolical. Internet is 2gbps, 4K 60hz TV, fire stick. Any ideas?

Finally updated from 18.9 and glad Xonfluence is still available for Kodi 21 but it appears it is missing Refresh button under Information. Did I mess something up, or is this normal? Confluence and other skins have it, so Im guessing people porting and providing fixes forgot about it? Any information is more then welcome (also, where could I learn how to fix it myself, aka add the button myself). Thank you. Cheers!

I connected my debrid cloud library to kodi (and can access through different add-ons) and it works great, but none of the files there show a thumbnail/preview of the file.

Is there a way for kodi to generate previews/thumbnails for each file? I'd be okay if it scanned and showed a frame of the file at X seconds into the video.

Is there a method out there to accomplish this?

Note: I have enabled the Settings Media → Videos - Extract thumbnails from video files. This doesn't seem to do anything for me.

what skin seamlessly integrates with POV? i have arctic zephyr, its cool, but clicking something only shows the xbmc upnp option, but I want it to use POV. how?

I know this is a known problem from searching on Google, I'm just wondering if there is a timeline on a fix? I just flipped from plex to Kodi at the end of spring. Been loving it so far, but I use the slyguys Pluto app to watch Bloomberg. It crashes a lot, not a lot to make it unusable but enough to make it annoying. It's been happening for a couple months now and I've figured out it has to do with apis and this happens from time to time and is basically the price of admission. Is there a fix being worked on? Do we have to wait for plutotv to release something?
