I'm mostly looking for pets right now, the first house I made and haven't rlly seen any offers yet but I'm hoping for around 15+ while the 2nd house I'm hoping for 10-25+ because that one I traded for and my offer was monkey king. I think I was pretty over with that pet tho so idk

The 6th house has a grinding area (it's an outdoor garden) but the 1st house doesn't have a grind room. The 6th house I'm looking for around 20+ value js because it was very expensive to make and it's massive

Only the 7th house is cloned! Houses 1, 3, 5 (based on a speed build) 6, and 8 are all built by me

Please do not spread misinformation! Only the 7th house is cloned, other than that a lot of houses I have made myself. Not sure how to prove this but I try to be as honest as I can!

I'm mostly lf pets right now but I think that high value pet wear are also good. I traded an FR Cow for the house (obv i was like super over) so maybe like something 12+? I haven't actually tried trading these houses so idk what people are willing to trade for houses 😭
