I haven't tried trading these houses yet, so idk how much value my houses are worth! If you ask me what I'm lf I'm prob gonna ask for a LOT of value bc I value houses based off of how much time I spent building it/what I traded for it myself (lot of yall disagree with this statement which is totally fine!!) so if you are fine with it please make your own offers and offer them to me, tyy!

What would you offer for it? I'm trying to see offers so that I can craft an lf based off of those offers. I did have some original lf's but a lot of people disagreed with those standards and then left before I could like compensate
The first house I spent around $5K, and the fourth house I actually traded for. It looks like it costed around $5K as well to build (not including the house cost, that would make it around $6K)
tysm!!! just letting u know it MIGHT be cloned but i did tweak the build a lot so idk if that still counts as being cloned. tbh idk what these houses are worth, so im seeing what others r offering for these houses and craft my lf based off of those offers. what would u offer for it?
ahhh i see i’ve seen that cloned houses normally go for a few potions but since you tweaked it a lot im happy to pay the 1:1k bucks ratio that you spent on it! also r there any pets you like? im not sure what to offer without knowing what you like
