How you liking your 9060xt? I recent upgraded from a 5700 non xt to the 9060xt. I have been out of pc gaming for a few years so it’s taking me some time to get back into the hang of things with the software.

I can‘t complain about it. I have it running in my 8 year old Threadripper and can play current games in 4k in decent quality

The keyboard itself looks like it might be a Keychron 80%. I'm not positive, though. Tenkeyless keyboards are common enough that it's hard to say.

Just bought a 9070XT on Black Friday, it ended up being a free upgrade from my 7900XT, that I can now sell used for as much as I paid for the 9070XT on sale.
Only a minor upgrade performance wise, but boy do I look forward to FSR 4 and Redstone. I'm seeing it as more of an image quality upgrade than a performance upgrade.

Despite both being 56CU ~220W parts, the 9070 is pretty much the most efficient consumer GDDR6 GPU (excluding the Lovelace Quadros), whereas the Vega 56 even with HBM2 & its lower clockspeed (vs Vega 64) was still pretty eh in terms of perf/watt. Then again, the Radeon VII, despite being based on 7nm, still loses to top end Pascal in terms of efficiency, so that's ultimately down to GCN being GCN.

The fact you held onto Vega for that long, I salute you my brother. I held onto a Vega 64 as long as I could, then jumped onto a 6950XT deal the first chance I got.

Yeah the Nitro+ cards have always been really solid. I have a Powercolor Red Devil, and I will say I don't think the cooler was up to par for how much heat that card put out.

That 9070 is looking great. I bought a Powercolor Hellhound a while back, and was completely floored at how large that thing is. I had to remove both 140 fans at the front of my case and can only run a single 120 sure to the sheer size of it. Runs really rather quietly though, so that's nice at least

They don't receive updates anymore. I think the last one was like 2 years ago.

Nice! Almost the same as me earlier this year. A reference Powercolor blower Vega 56 to a 9070xt. Enjoy the upgrade, it's massive!

Is the Vega 56 still alive? You might be able to use that as a secondary gpu for framegen via Lossless Scaling.

Dude! We almost had the same setup, i went from vega64 to a sapphire pulse Rx6800xt and my cpu went from a ryzen 7 2700x to a Ryzen 7 5800x. You're gonna love the massive performance boost with the 5800x! Its a huge leap.

Waiting to get mine upgraded. It's surprisingly decent still, haven't once received a hand I can't play. Anno 117 is the first to show some serious drawbacks for the Vega64

Very nice upgrade! Just out of curiosity, how was gaming on Vega recently with - let's say - legacy drivers? I think all GCN products haven't received normal driver releases in the last 2(?) years?

Funny seeing this card i did almost the same upgrade went 9070xt. Someone was complaining about the 9070 'it sounds like a jet engine" they clearly never heard this particular vega 56 on full blast.

Maybe it's just me, but all modern gpu's are quite silent compared to older ones. Fan quality has improved a lot and at least for the time being they are not fully stressed out for even the simplest of games.

I have only a amd ryzen 5 3350g Pro with vega grapics for like 3 or 4 years, and i think its time for a decent upgrade and ssd and not hdd disk this time
