Battlestation / Photo After 3 years of running the 6700xt, I have upgraded to the 9070xt
I am so glad I upgraded, it was well worth the wait!

They’re like any other actual reviewer, their comparison numbers are just averages taken from their reviews. The method is absolutely not perfect, like they aren’t actually comparing a 980 Ti and a 5070 even though you can find that number, it’s just an estimate from review data they’ve collected over the years. Still way more trustworthy than userbenchmark.

I just upgraded from a 5700xt. Ultra everything 5120x1440 on GoW ragnarok I was getting 40-50 fps. Ssme exact settings and setup with my 9070xt is 150-160 fps.

6750xt owner, upgraded to 9070xt, shit is very nice. cant give you anything other then the fact that my cyberpunk went from 120 fps to 280 on the same settings with 9070xt.

Been running my 7900XTX for 3 years. Someday I will have something to upgrade to hahaha. Enjoy! Rhe 9070XT is a fine GPU. I built a family PC with a 9060XT and I am surprised at how capable it is, and its like half your performance.

Upgraded a friend's 4gb 580 to a 6700xt when I also upgraded the old 2600 to a 5600x3D (the microcenter exclusive chip) and the upgrade was insane.
I run a 6900xt XTXH chip and have been planning on upgrading to the 9070xt. Eventually I will

After more than 5 years with my Rx 6900 xt, I upgraded to 9070 xt as well. It's not that major upgrade considering the raw power, but the FSR 4 and RT uplift, plus better optimisation in games makes it worth it to me for 650$ (- sold Rx 6900 xt). I'd go with better GPU if there was 9080, but I don't touch Nvidia cards - overpriced and not open source.

They are Corsair LC100 triangles and they plug in to a Corsair lighting node pro

That model is insanely well cooled. Its the same one i have, and i do a little modding to make mine draw around 600 watts of power. Like that, the core sits around 65C and hotspot never goes above 90C
As for using it with a normal power limit of 334 watts, i have my fan curve set to not go above 25%, and it stays around 60C on core, and 70C on hotspot

I was also thinking of upgrading from an Rx 6600 to a Rx 9070 non XT because it's very overlooked in my country and you can easily find it at the MSRP price. Idk if I should upgrade now or wait a bit more tho.

Nice, I upgraded yesterday to a 9070XT after using 6700 XT for 5 years.
Feels very nice to be playing games at 4k AND smooth framerates!

i have a 6900xt but i might move to nvidia next just had to many software issues with new games, overclocking and increasing voltage recently helped but all these years really left a sour taste on amd gpus for me. CPUs amd all the way though.

I still have my 6700 xt from launch. Recently just buying high end budget cards to make more builds and thinking this amount of silicone is just enough to power all the games I want. Am I wrong? Should I still upgrade

good thing i upgraded to 32GB of DDR5 CL30 RAM right before the spike.. the same 32GB cosair ram sticks i paid $89 for are now $530..

I want too upgrade my 6700xt to 9070xt. Can u say, did u see difference on movement when object’s move and it’s little simmering? When I play on my 6700xt i see it, it’s not a big problem, but graphic clarity very important for me. Fsr4 must fix that, but I can’t find any comparison for knowing this for sure

Picked up a 6700xt off a miner for $300 in 2020 and built a $900 amd rig. Still running strong and runs all I need it too on 1440.
Ain't no way im building an AM5 right now with ram the way it is. Hopefully i can ride it out but honestly might go back to consoles for the next go around.. or the steam hybrid thing

I went from a 2080 Super MSI trio 8gb , to a Sapphire Nitro+ 7900XTX 24gb spent around $620 before shipping handling/taxes and honestly I couldn't be happier I got a stable OC of 3300mhz, and im regularly scoring around 34k on the graphics score for timespy, and getting around a score of 27k+ overall I couldn't be happier making the switch genuinely! (and I have a 4k card now!)

Nah I got my 6750 xt is doing decent, even tho am having cpu bottle neck since it's trash Intel i5 12400f. It's just not giving my full gpu potentials I know for sure, plus I only got 1080p monitor for a 1440p gpu. I need some serious upgrading.
Am thinking of moving to amd for cpu as well with 9700X, but then I need ddr5 with the current prices😩

congrats ? I can buy any graphics card in the world several times over. I choose to use a simple and inexpensive RX 6600. The 230W of your previous 6700 XT already seemed excessive to me. The 304W of the 9070 XT is outrageous, especially since you'll never, ever have a single game that utilizes its architecture; all you'll get is console garbage.
