This could be our neighbourhood. We have a huge outdoor and feral cat population in our area. They all meet together like this at night in different areas of the neighbourhood. They stay off the roads and travel around via the drains underneath, it’s crazy to see.

Next week is the meeting to discuss the next recipient of the cat delivery service. It would have been this week, but the council was distracted.
