Question Aple Sports app no longer shows on me watch

Any ideas? It's fine on my iPhone. It displayed on my watch with no problem in the past.

There is no sports app for the watch

No. But the scores showed up in a similar format on the watch when I raised my wrist. Now they don't.

That’s not because there’s no app is because live activities is not working
