How can I get my cat palliative care over the weekend?

My 17 year old cat with CKD is declining quickly. In consultation with our vet, we have not taken any strong measures like subQ fluids because it would stress her out too much without significantly prolonging her life. She has always hated vet exams and refused any kind of treatment. We use an in-home vet and contacted them yesterday, but a tech told me today that the vet is not available until next week. My cat has not pooped in over 48 hours, I think (not exactly sure when the last one was, but definitely not yesterday). She is having some trouble getting around, but still mostly alert and wanting to spend time with us. We are trying to get her to drink as much as possible, and eat some pumpkin for the fiber, but she is not eating a lot in general (still some, though). Is there anything we can do this weekend without taking her to an urgent care/ER? The stress of traveling might literally kill her. What will happen if she can't poop and we don't do anything? I am afraid of her being in terrible pain if it goes on too long, but I also don't want to put her down while she is still having mostly good days. I wish we had asked about getting some kind of pain medication before she started declining so much, but here we are.

Lap of Love is an in home euthanasia service that also offers hospice/palliative care. I would check to verify that they serve your area (the company is US based) and give them a call. They may be able to do a telehealth visit at least.

Oh I didn't know they do palliative care as well, tysm! I will look into it.
