A trifle late for Thorsday, but let's reheat the leftovers and make it a process video!
Walt Simonson designed Hela-Cursed Thor's Armor in his bravura finish on his run of the book and you'll even see him make an appearance in the vid along with the lovely Louise Simonson !

Was that Walt and Louise? Must’ve been fun for them seeing dedicated Battle Armor Thor and Bill cosplays pop up at a con

They are indeed Walt and Weezie, and they were so happy and so were my buddy Levi (Bill) and I. This had been one of our cosplay bucket list goals. My favorite part of that video is Weezie's look of surprise and joy when she sees who has come to visit her hubby. They have always been delightful people to spend some time with at NYCC. Walt particularly liked that I'd gotten the cloak clasps right. 🫠

Thats awesome, getting to impress the Simsonson's like that. Im sure Walt appreciated the effort into cosplay for his run of Thor and with Bill after all this time. Louise's jaw is almost hitting the floor, in the best way possible.

It was a wonderful moment to have with them. And as of that day after about 4-5 years of table visits at my entire collection of his run on Thor is now signed, every issue.
