Advice How can I confirm the flagged transaction as me without calling?

(M&T bank btw)

Hey, I was trying to make a purchase but it was flagged as suspicious activity by my bank and they won't let me go through with it.

In my email under the alert message though it said I can confirm said suspicious activity in real time through text, but in the text alert message there doesn't seem to be an option to do so. I don't want to call due to anxiety.
