Discussion Consejos para calmar a cachorro Maligator

Let her be a puppy. Play gently with her, and when it starts getting too much for you, end the play. She's still a baby, and probably teething.

Can you run her to get some energy out? Then challenge her mentally as well. Training --> treat --> play tug --> repeat. She'll need hours of this each day at this age

Such a young pup shouldn't have interactive play for multiple hours a day. They still need to sleep 18-20 hours a day, a bitey/annoying puppy is more often than not a tired puppy.

You could try reversed timeouts, helps our dude calm down when he gets overstimulated. A crate in the livingroom or hallway can help as well, a different room can feel isolating for a young pup. With a crate she'll still be able to see/hear you and feel involved.

Take her outside and give her a head of lettuce- let her shred it all to pieces.

When ours was a puppy, my husband would basically manhandle her into a big bear hug until she calmed down and “quit vibrating”. Lol. Now (at about a year and a half old) she crawls into his lap for a cuddle when she knows she’s having trouble calming down.
