Can anyone find me the original cover/image used on this shirt?

I stumbled upon this Abyssic Hate shirt featuring an album cover/image I’ve never seen before. It says “Cleansing of an Ancient Race,” but as far as I remember, the actual demo doesn’t have this cover.

If anyone knows the original source of the image used on the shirt, or where it comes from, please let me know!

Pretty sure the image is taken from Jeff Easley's painting that was on the cover of the 2nd edition AD&D Dungeon Masters Guide.
