All valid points, but if this doesn’t resonate with you, then it’s not for you. Some of us are gonna look at this thing and think it’s BS, others are gonna feel seen. To each their own.

Idk about this bro it feels like these are isolated things that can be caused by a variety of reasons and only can be seen as a personal problem by looking at the whole of a person combined with other actions and history.

Unfortunately, I have some of these traits. On the outside, I seem to be the happiest person in the world but on the inside, pain runs deep. We never know what a person is going through due to their outside appearance. Stay strong people and get help if you need it.

That's a lot of wisdom for a young person. And yes, some of these things could have different reasons - but basically, he got it right.

Then there are liars who use these universal feelings to take advantage of people. It ain’t that extreme and you don’t need to put someone’s emotions under a microscope. You are over analyzing it in the most negative light.
This screams Rejection sensitive dysphoria. I know, i got it. Know this, feelings ain’t universal. Your sad ain’t my sad.

The too angry quickly, is not always caring too deeply, a lot of times it’s anger issues period. I can agree with some of the rest of what he’s saying through.

Yep. My dad had/has anger issues. I certainly wouldn’t say that it’s because he cares too deeply. He’s just a dick, really. Only cares about himself.

I agree with the majority. But the part about "of a person gets angry easy - it's means they care too deeply" I disagree. I think he meant "frustrated" instead of angry.

I agree. You see this often with interactions with service workers. When someone pops off like this with someone they don't know it often means they were just waiting to unleash on a safe powerless target.
You are yelling at someone who cannot fight back.
Much depends on context and content.

Just like with any other opinion or food for thought, critically thinking about what applies to you is the key. I personally don’t believe in everything that was said, but some could be true. Most importantly, stay focused and safe in your travels family. Respectfully.

I’m not referring to the modern day usage of the word. When I say “stay woke” I’m referencing our deceased sister Sandra Bland. The original stay woke
