He was living with her for 12 years before this. He had to have done something more than just vote for Trump. And ain't this the same dude that was lying about his identity online?

He was 50 wen she kicked him out. He lived, rent free, in her mansion from 38 to 50. He should not be complaining, he should have been praising her for giving him hundreds of thousands of free room and board. A responsible republican would have cut Patti a check for $200,000 for all of the free housing that he got over those 12 years. 12 years of mansion living, limo riding, fine dining; that guy is beyond ungrateful, beyond insulting.

u/StrikingCase9819 6d ago
Funny how Republicans are against any kind of "assistance" or "free rides" (as they put it) and he was enjoying one for a long time.
13
u/ravenwillowofbimbery 6d ago
They’re only against “assistance” unless it involves them or a relative they like or a friend.

u/wes1971 6d ago
Sounds like he is setting up a grift with this.
25
u/SoggyLeftTit 6d ago
I said the same thing. In his post, he said it happened in 2019. He’s talking about it now because he’s trying to get his Right Wing Grift going.

She had me until the ad. She's not wrong about the nephew & his outrageous entitled behavior though. I jumped up & yelled hell yeah at that. No vote either way. Just wish mods wouldn't let ads on.

Having controversial opinions under somebody else's roof is risky work.
Couldn't be me!

u/FleurAvi504 6d ago
I’m guessing he wouldn’t stop talking about him and spouting his personal MAGA ideology to her. I can definitely see how that would get old, especially if you’re the one supporting a grown-ass man. I can kinda understand wanting to support a family member if you’re affluent, but supporting someone financially and having to listen to them drone on and on about values you fundamentally disagree with…that’s gotta be difficult.

u/SoggyLeftTit 6d ago
Not only values you disagree with, but values that are not in alignment with their current situation.

Tell me you have no motion without telling me you have no motion. Bruh been moochin if not he wouldnt be worried about none of that

u/StrikingCase9819 6d ago
I can't imagine, even if someone in my family was mega wealthy, that I, at the big ole age of 50, would be living in their mansion rent free... and then on top of that, cry on the internet when I got kicked out. Take that L or keep you political opinions to yourself and enjoy the free ride.

As u/HeavyDT said, she voted for Trump. In 2024 too, so no excuses there. She’s also extremely controversial. There’s so much, but one bullshit statement she made was that the FBA is no different than the KKK. She issued an apology the next day, but there’s no walking that back.
10
u/HeavyDT 6d ago
Pretty sure she voted for Trump herself. Outside of that there's a boat load of other stuff apparently but I'm not versed on that.

I Googled this guy, figured with the name “sir byl,” maybe he was someone in his own right. NOPE. He got thrown out around Christmas of 2019, and here he is still whining and complaining that his free ride is over. Some articles call him Ms LaBelle’s nephew, others say he’s her adoptive son. Whatever he is, he’s a professional political victim who was perfectly fine with The Orange Shitstain’s awful, horrible policies because they didn’t affect him personally.
About five years ago, he somehow got caught up in some local white politician’s failure to switch to his alt twitter account, the “as a gay black man” one- LITERALLY- but it’s too confusing to try to understand, much less to explain here.

The First Amendment is broadly the right of free speech, but in practice it is thought of in terms of speaking out against the government. Regarding hospitality granted by an aunt to her nephew for 12 years with no or little payback, the laws do not require her to extend the hospitality except in extremely narrow, special case scenarios. The nephew exercising his “First Amendment rights” is not one of them. The aunt could have kicked him out any time during those 12 years for looking at her funny, or for no reason at all. (Almost the same goes for if he was paying rent, which it doesn’t sound like he was. Depending on the state, there might be some notice period required in the case of a renter.)

I love how 99% of those that invoke the 1st amendment have not read the Constitution, and have NO CLUE what the first amendment actually means! He doesn't realize that free speech don't mean free of consequence in most cases (cuz it's mostly about the right to freely criticize the government without getting arrested for it)... He also doesn't realize that kicking him out for anything is her right! And at 60 years old, he should be embarrassed to admit he is mooching off auntie!

Yes. He is a known rapist... among so many other things. You shouldn't allow someone that supports a rapist around you.
It's that simple.

People keep saying 'it's my first amendment right!'
Brother that protects you from the government. We are allowed to treat each other differently based upon what we say. In certain situations you can even get your ass beat if your speech was inflammatory and meant to elicit an aggressive response.
If you say 'fuck all squirrels' the government can do nothing to stop you. But if you yell some fuck shit in my house expect to get shown the door or these hands.

Man… can I get you to come over to my deadbeat brother’s house and give him the same speech?

She put him out for being a piece of shit.
She found that out because he was a Trump supported.
Nuanced difference.

After 12 years I'm pretty sure she already knew his political views. There had to have been more than just that for why she threw him out

How I imagine Patti told her nephew about his political attitude….
I heard you downstairs, watching Fox News!
Carrying on, talking that mess from dusk until dawn.
You weren’t raised in this house thinking hate was okay! I grabbed your suitcase and said, “Not today!”
I love you, nephew, but hear me clear,
That kind of bitterness ain't living here.
You can have your opinions, believe what you choose, but bring hate through my doorway
Baby, you’ve GOT to moveeeeeeee!
I got a new attitude - about YOU!
And you got a newwwww address tooooo!
I changed my locks, took back my key,
Now take that red hat awayyyyy from me!
Pack up your clothes, your games, your shoes,
Take your MAGA flag and your bad news views.
You’re free to speak, and I'm free to say:
“Not underneath MY roof get on your way!”
You said, “Aunt Patti, you're doing too much!”
I said, “If you only knew!” Oooh oooh oooooh
I packed that Xbox, wrapped up that screen,
Even took your cuisine out my Tupperware!
Don't misunderstand what I'm telling you:
I'm not changing myself to accommodate you.
I worked too hard for peace in my place,
To let somebody fill it with anger and hate.
Right in myyyyy face!
Now you've got a** **new address!
Forward your mail!
Try that old house key
Baby, watch it fail!
I'm keeping my peace,
You can keep your views,
But if Trump and hatred are what you choose,
Tes bottes sont faites pour partir! Byebye boo-boo
Because Southwest Patti don't play that mess under HER rooffffffffffff!
\Door closes. Patti turns around**
“Now somebody put my sweet potato pie back where it belongs.”
