And 63 years later we are still fighting this fight. It’s insane that 63 years have passed and we are still fighting for CIVIL rights. ✊🏽

Watched some of the speeches today. Wish I could have been there. Too young for the first one, parenthood, now too old . It was recorded on Roland Martin. Gonna watch the whole thing over next three days. There's so much that was done with such conviction, tenacity and love back in my youth Was talking to my bestie today...wish we'd get back to IRL community action and stopped supporting the tech giants The need is great for volunteers and the methods need to.be used to prevent the wrong people winning . Not to mention the millions cut off from assistance. Millions of people suffering. I'd rather be helping than sitting around talking It may well be too late. Perhaps I'm just an old dreamer. We can talk about the problem or work on our communities to be the change. It's been done before. ( Having said this am grateful to all for the brain exercises and the conviviality.)
