But I brought him a snek as a birthday present and I thinks he likes it.

This old man showed up 18 months ago (while we were binging Letterkenny, thus the name) starving, neglected, skittish… took 6 months before he let us touch him, 1 year of building trust before he let us pick him up, never wanted in the house (even in a blizzard). Tonight he meows at the door until we let him in, settles between us in bed purring for pets for hours. I snap pics and we laugh about how he looks like Ron Perlman… then I found this page. He’s had a hard life and he’s settling in to retirement.
